“What sport do you play?” “I play cheerleading.”

Sounds weird, doesn’t it? It shouldn’t. Usually cheerleaders answer that question by saying “I’m a cheerleader,” and that’s very possibly where all the stereotypes start. Cheerleading is just as much of a sport as any other sport out there and this blog was made to tell the world why. You can bet your bottom that we plan on breaking every little stereotype there is about cheerleading and going into great detail on why it’s a sport. It’s time to start the cheer revolution. Next time someone asks you what sport you play, tell them, you play cheerleading.
